Dr. Kirk Parsley is a retired Navy SEAL and physician. He has been a guest on renowned Podcasts such as the Jocko podcast, and has been a speaker at TEDx. During his active career in the SEALs, Dr. Parsley served on SEAL Team Five. He left the SEAL community to pursue a college education, and later decided to pursue medicine. After completing his medical training, Dr. Parsley returned to the SEAL teams as the physician for the West Coast SEAL teams. After his time in the Navy, Dr. Parsley founded Doc Parsley, through which he focuses on sleep and performance medicine. He also offers a sleep supplement through Doc Parsley.
